Delivery Zones & Fees

All Nairobi orders: we aim for same-day delivery. Cut-off times vary by zone (see below). If your estate isn’t listed, select the nearest—we’ll confirm your exact location via WhatsApp/SMS before dispatch and adjust the fee if needed.

ZONE A — Nairobi Core — KSh 300

ETA: Same day (≈2–4 hrs) for orders placed before 4:00 PM. After 4:00 PM → next-day morning.
Includes (examples): Lavington, Kilimani, Kileleshwa, Westlands, Riverside, Parklands, Hurlingham, Mbagathi, Madaraka, Nairobi West, Riara Road, Dagoretti Corner, Kawangware, Gigiri, Runda, Nyari, Muthaiga, Highridge, Spring Valley, Upper Hill, Industrial Area, CBD, Ngara, Pangani, Kariokor, Pumwani, Muthangari, Kangemi, Loresho, Museum Hill, Yaya.

ZONE B — Greater Nairobi (Inner Ring) — KSh 400

ETA: Same day for orders placed before 2:00 PM (distance dependent) or next-day (often afternoon).
Includes (examples): Karen, Lang’ata, South B, South C, Embakasi, Imara Daima, Donholm, Buru Buru, Kasarani, Roysambu (TRM/Garden City), Ruaka, Thindigua (Kiambu Rd), Dagoretti (Waithaka/Riruta), Gachie, Uthiru, Kinoo, Eastleigh, Umoja, Komarock, Kayole.

ZONE C — Outer Ring — KSh 450

ETA: We try for same-day on early orders; otherwise next-day.
Includes (examples): Kahawa West/East/Wendani/Sukari, Mirema, Zimmerman, Githurai, Ruiru, Clay City/Clayworks, Ruai, Njiru, Utawala, Fedha, Pipeline, Syokimau, Mlolongo, Kitengela, Ngong, Ongata Rongai, Kikuyu, Gitaru, Thika Road (outer nodes).

Nationwide Courier — KSh 450

ETA: 1–3 business days (Mon–Sat; route-dependent). Orders placed by 4:00 PM qualify for next-day dispatch. Tracking provided; waybill available on request.

Weekends & holidays: We deliver Sat/Sun 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM where possible and will keep you updated if timings shift.

Delivery details to include

  • Nearest landmark (mall/street/intersection)
