Nairobi delivery

Nairobi delivery is normally within 90 minutes after stock is confirmed and the delivery arrangement is agreed with you.

Timing depends on your location, traffic, stock confirmation and the delivery arrangement made with you. The 90-minute timing is a normal service expectation, not a fixed guarantee.

Countrywide delivery

Next-day arrival is the target when you order before noon.

Countrywide orders travel with our external courier, Fago Courier. Because the shipment is handled by an external courier, next-day arrival is a target rather than a firm promise. Route conditions, courier operations, weekends and public holidays may affect arrival time.

Orders placed after noon move in the next available courier window. Tracking or waybill details are available once the shipment has been dispatched.

Delivery charges

Delivery charges depend on location and are shown at checkout or confirmed with you before dispatch. If the selected location does not match the delivery address, we will contact you before dispatching the order.

Delivery details

Please provide your full name, active phone number, estate or building, house or apartment number and a nearby landmark. WhatsApp is preferred for delivery coordination.

Delays and missed delivery

We will keep you updated if delivery timing changes. If a delivery cannot be completed because the recipient is unavailable or the address is incomplete, we will contact you to arrange the next available delivery window.
